The inclusion of dosimeter features, such as NIOSH and OSHA standards, makes "Decibel X" a comprehensive tool for professional use. The app offers powerful calibration options, including Linear, Octave 1/1, 1/3, and the ability to load/save profiles.

Real-time FFT and BAR graphs provide visual representations of frequency analysis, while the InstaDecibel feature allows you to capture dB reports overlaid on photos for easy sharing on popular social networks. The app supports both portrait and landscape layouts and features a beautiful and intuitive UI design with three theme options: LIGHT, DARK, and CLASSIC.

In addition to its standout features, "Decibel X" also offers standard time weightings (Response Time) and the ability to adjust MIC Gain Offset. The measurement range spans from 30 dBA up to 130 dBA, and the app provides helpful graphs such as HISTO, WAVE, and SPECTROGRAPH for tracking and analyzing recorded values. Current, average/Leq, and max values are clearly displayed in digital and analog layouts.

It is important to note that quiet room readings may not reach 0 dBA, as the standard usable range is between 30-130 dBA. For serious purposes requiring higher precision, custom calibration is recommended. The app provides guidance on how to perform calibration using a real external device or calibrated sound meter as a reference.
